Today's Workout..
Today I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill...I tried one of the interval programs that was built into the treadmill and it nearly killed me!! I burned nearly 400 calories over those 45 minutes though!!Woo Hoo!!
Later On I am planning on doing a 10 minute abdominal circuit on the balance ball followed by a Core Secrets workout.
I started Journaling all of my food/calorie/fat/water intake again today. I think it will really help me get in shape faster to do a total diet and body makeover at the same time.
I would do a lot better with my cardio/treadmill workouts if I could quit smoking..(HACK HACK) One day at a time though. I will have Bart take some "before" pics of me today when he gets home from the front, back, and side, and I will post them and then post new ones every few weeks to guage my progress. (Maybe I will post measurements too..doubtful..but maybe)
I really want to stick with this program this time...15-20 pounds is not too much to ask for I don't think...I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and not really that heavy I just would like to tone up my arms, midsection, and legs.. I have put on about 25 pounds in the last year since my father passed away..mainly due to getting out of my diet and exercise habit due to depression. I am getting better though and find that the exercise is actually a mood booster...go figure..
Anyways I am off to wash and fold more laundry..(the neverending beast of a chore) Kisses, Cat
