Today's Workout
Today's workout was from the Core Secrets Set. I really like Gunnar Peterson..He is a great trainer and the stability ball really challenges all of your muscles while lifting weight. I did the 25 minute total body workout. My fanny is sore so I guess that means I got something out of it..My arms feel like jelly too..
I may throw in a cardio workout like Tae Bo or a Ramp Aerobics workout later on if I can regain some energy...I will let you know.. Cat
